GENERAL

How soon will my order ship?

Our goal is to ship every order within 5-8 working days.  As the shipper, we do not control delivery times and we have no additional resources other than online tracking information which is available to the receiver of the shipment.  If you need your order quicker, PLEASE choose expedited shipping when you check out. 

CUSTOMS

Do you make custom stamps? 

Yes we do!  Every day of the week!  All we need is your black and white artwork. (no color or greyscale images please) We also need to know your size preferences and then we can give you a price quote for your custom stamp.

Please keep in mind that intricate designs made for print and web display often make poor choices for stamps due to the reduced size. Try to keep your stamp design simple and legible especially if you plan to have it be very small. Simpler designs are always better.

Do you make custom impression dies? 

Yes, we can make custom impression dies.  The cost of custom impression dies is directly related to the complexity of the die requested.  You can request a custom impression die if you have a clean, bas-relief 3d model of the project. Size of your design cannot be bigger than 1.5" diameter.  If you do not have a 3d model, but you have a clear image of what you are needing, you can contact us via our contact form and we can provide a rough estimate of the viability and cost of the project. 

Custom Impression Dies start at $250.00.

Do you make custom pancake dies?

Yes we do. Please understand that pancake dies can only be made to cut the perimeter of a design.  Pancake dies cannot cut out both internal and perimeter details, only perimeter shapes.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive email notification once your order has shipped.  Please check your junk/spam folder before for this information prior to contacting us if you have a question about shipping information.

RETURN POLICY

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, you may return or exchange any like new purchase within 30 days of shipment without reason. We do not pay return shipping fees.
