Our goal is to achieve and maintain 100% satisfaction.  We are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns of our customers.  We have and will always strive to deliver more than expected.  

To that end, each tool on our website is made made by us.  We do not resell anything. We never will.

That said, we are literally two humans (we have no employees) and we do make the occasional mistake.

Please understand that we have no more power over shipping providers than you have. Once your order has left our hands, we cannot be held responsible for the carriers' performance.
