2 Inch 2 Part Concho Forming Die

For use with a shop press or jeweler‘s press, this two part (male / female) forming die creates a concho from a 2 inch diameter (50mm) blank. Just nest your 18 to 20 gauge metal blank into the 2 inch recess and press the two dies together to form the square dome shape. This die set is especially useful for making larger conchos for saddles & concho belts.
